Adhering to the service philosophy of ingenuity-oriented service and worry-free delivery, our professional technical team recently traveled to the factory of our cooperative customer in Syria to carry out on-site installation, overall commissioning and mass production optimization of the 2000L water bucket Blow Molding Machine. The effort enables the overseas customer to realize smooth equipment commissioning and rapid production capacity improvement, showcasing solid technical strength and cross-border service capabilities, and highlighting the excellent reputation of Chinese manufacturing.
Due to differences in on-site space environments, power supply conditions and supporting facilities overseas, large blow molding equipment requires targeted localized commissioning and parameter adaptation after on-site deployment. Upon arrival, our technical team immediately communicated with the customer’s production management personnel, conducted on-site inspections of the workshop layout, equipment foundation, power supply system and cooling supporting facilities, and formulated a customized commissioning solution in accordance with local production conditions and the customer’s product standards. The team completed equipment level calibration, hydraulic system inspection, extrusion system calibration, temperature control curve optimization, blow molding pressure adjustment and complete machine linkage testing, eliminating adaptation deviations caused by cross-region installation through detailed inspection of every operating link of the Blow Molding Machine.
Targeting the technical difficulties in molding large-capacity 2000L water buckets, the technical team precisely optimized the extrusion speed, wall thickness control parameters, cooling duration and demolding rhythm of the Blow Molding Machine, effectively solving common industry problems such as easy deformation, uneven wall thickness and slow cooling of large-sized buckets. After multiple rounds of material trial production verification, the equipment operates stably with sensitive response and smooth automatic operation and stable mass production rhythm. The finished 2000L water buckets feature flat appearance, uniform wall thickness, solid structure and qualified sealing performance, fully meeting the large-scale production demands for industrial water storage, engineering water reservation and agricultural material storage in the local market.
At the final stage of commissioning, our engineers provided systematic practical operation training for the customer’s operators, elaborating on daily operation specifications, parameter adjustment skills, mold maintenance essentials, common fault troubleshooting and daily maintenance procedures. This ensures the customer’s team can independently and proficiently operate and maintain the Blow Molding Machine for daily mass production. The customer spoke highly of our efficient cross-border on-site service, rigorous working attitude and professional technical capabilities.
