Recently, a professional domestic customer specializing in chemical packaging visited the production base of Weifang Yuyang Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. They conducted full material production tests and acceptance on our patented 200-3 blow molding machine. This machine holds independent intellectual property rights and is specially made for 200L double-L ring chemical barrels.
The 200-3 model is our core patented equipment, designed to solve common problems in producing 200L dangerous goods double-ring barrels. Traditional machines have many drawbacks, such as underformed double ring ribs, large errors in barrel wall thickness, easy deformation of finished products during stacking, and high waste rates caused by leakage. We have fully upgraded the whole structure of this machine. It is equipped with our self-developed precise wall thickness control system and optimized large-volume accumulator die head. The system can accurately adjust the parison thickness of all parts, including the barrel body, double reinforcing rings, barrel bottom and mouth, so as to cut down defective products from the source.
The whole on-site test copied the customer’s real mass production environment. The machine ran automatically for hours without stop. Its extrusion and plasticizing system worked evenly and steadily. The servo hydraulic system operated smoothly without shaking or jamming, and the molding cycle remained stable. The finished 200L double-ring barrels had smooth surfaces with no obvious material lines or cracks at mold joints. The integrated double reinforcing rings looked full and neat. Simple stacking and anti-leakage tests proved that the products fully met national standards for dangerous goods packaging and UN export packaging testing rules.
The customer’s technical and purchasing teams watched the whole molding process. They thought highly of the machine’s stable running, high molding accuracy and energy-saving performance. They confirmed all machine parameters fitted their large-scale production needs and signed the acceptance paper at once.
At present, this 200-3 blow molding machine has finished all tests and adjustments. It will be packed and sent to the customer’s factory soon for formal production. In the future, Yuyang Plastic Machinery will keep researching and developing hollow blow molding equipment.
