Recently, Weifang Yuyang Machinery completed full factory inspection of an IBC tank blow molding machine, which was successfully loaded and shipped to the factory of a domestic customer.
The delivered equipment is used to produce 1000L IBC inner tanks. Equipped with a precise wall thickness control system, it produces IBC tanks with uniform wall thickness and stable forming, meeting the production standards for containers in the chemical and logistics industries. Featuring a modular frame design, the machine is easy to maintain and inspect, with stable operation and low energy consumption, suitable for customers’ large-scale continuous production.
Before delivery, our technical team carried out no-load operation and test run verification, and debugged the extrusion, hydraulic, electric control and other systems item by item. Spare parts and operation manuals are delivered together. Reinforced protection was implemented during loading to ensure safe land transportation.
Equipment delivery is not the end of our service. Subsequently, Yuyang’s engineers will go to the customer’s site for equipment installation, commissioning and operator training, so as to realize rapid commissioning of the machine, help customers increase IBC tank production capacity and reduce production costs.
